Consign With Us

We are currently accepting Fall & Winter apparel and always accept non-seasonal merchandise such as handbags, small leather goods, designer silk scarves, sunglasses, designer and estate jewelry and home decor.  Bring your apparel items any Thursday or Friday 10:30 am -4:30 pm. No appointment necessary! Home decor merchandise/furniture has to be approved prior to being brought over. Simply email a picture to karen@kmklux.com with a description, any flaws, and retail price if know. You will receive an email response within 7 days.

Clothing Consignment Acceptance Dates:

 Spring & Summer Merchandise: February 15th - June (or as space remains available)

 Fall & Winter Merchandise: August 15th - December (or as space remains available)

Apparel commission rate:

Sold Price:  $4,500+ = 80% Commission Payout Rate**

Sold Price: $2,500 - $4,499 = 70% Commission Payout Rate**

Sold Price: $1,000 - $2,499 = 60% Commission Payout Rate

Sold Price: $250 - $999 = 50% Commission Payout Rate

Sold Price: Less then $250 = 40% Commission Payout Rate

Home Decor Commission Rate:

Furniture Selling For $2,000+ = 60% Commission Payout Rate

Sold Price: $250+ = 50% Commission Payout Rate

Sold Price: Less then $250 = 40% Commission Payout Rate

 

 **We always strive and typically sell most merchandise at our boutique or KMK Luxury Consignment online store. The highest commission priced items that we may sell on 3rd party sites drop down 10% in commission rate due to associated fees.
